universiteti luigj gurakuqiTe nderuar kolege, Ne daten 2 prill 2006 ne Zagreb, Kroaci, u mbajt mbledhja e Komisionit Nderkombetar te Programit Ceepus. Shqiperia u perfaqesua nga pergjegjesi i projektit Ceepus per Shqiperine, Vaso Qano. Nga te gjitha vendet pjesemarrese u paraqiten per vleresim 61 projekte, nga te cilet, sipas normave ne fuqi, fitojne vetem 45 projekte. Nga ana jone, si gjate diskutimeve ashtu edhe ne votim, u be argumentimi i projeketeve ku marrin pjese universitetet shqiptare si dhe u be lobing me pjesemarresit. Ne perfundim te votimit Shqiperia arriti nje rezultat te larte. Nga 10 projekte te paraqitura fituan 9 prej tyre, disa ne vendet e fillimit te listes. Nuk fitoi nje projekt i Fakultetit Ekonomik te Tiranes me Austrine, por ai fitoi projektin tjeter. Keshtu, te gjitha universitetet qe aplikuan fituan projekte dhe konkretisht:
Universiteti Bujqesor i Tiranes    3 projekte
Universiteti i Shkodres                 3 projekte
Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranes  1 projekt
Universiteti i Elbasanit                  1 projekt
Universiteti i Tiranes                     1 projekt
Cdo projekti u arrit qe t'i shtohen edhe disa muaj-burse te tjera mbi kerkesen e pare.
Bashkengjitur keni nje material me shifrat e plota per projektet.
Ju urojme shume suksese ne keto projekte te para, vecanerisht Universitetit te Shkodres dhe Universitetit Bujqesor te Tiranes.
Po ashtu, me lejoni te pergezojme edhe Komisionin Kombetar, i cili, ne mbledhjen e vet te dates 24 mars 2006, beri nje vleresim shume te kualifikuar dhe objektiv te projekteve dhe shperndarja e pikeve ne cdo projekt ishte e tille qe mundesoi ne fitimin e ketyre projekteve.
Koordinatoret e huaj te ketyre projekteve do t'ju kontaktojne juve shume shpejt per te filluar konkretisht nga puna si dhe per plotesimin e formulareve per realizimin e muaj-bursave te cdo projekti. Gjithsesi, ju mund t'u dergoni nga nje urim koordinatoreve te projekteve ne shenje miresjelljeje. Ne perfundim te mbledhjes se Komisioni Nderkombetar te gjithe koordinatoreve te projekteve ju dorezua dhe dokumenti zyrtar i fitimit te projektit.
Zyra Ceepus, Tempus mbetet ne dispozicionin tuaj per konsultime, ndihme dhe bashkepunim te metejshem. Qysh tani mund te skicohen edhe projektet e reja te bashkepunimit, me afat dorezimi 15 janar 2007. Zyra zoteron te gjitha projeketet e aplikuar per 2006-2007, disa prej te cileve mund te rinovohen, ose te merren si shembull.
