“SUPRA LIMITE - YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE FUTURE OF EUROPE”

Aim:
The Training Course “Supra Limite – Young People for Future of Europe” will be organized for youth organizations from Programme countries and Eastern Europe and Caucasus Neighboring Partner countries in order to give youth workers and youth activists skills and knowledge over the particularities of work in Eastern Europe and Caucasus realities. One of the crucial aims of the project will be to develop new partnerships, develop project management skills and to create new projects in the frames of “Youth in Action” Programme.
Objectives:
? To Bring together people working with young people in order to create new project ideas within the YOUTH in ACTION Programme;
? To give youth workers and youth activists skills necessary to take up youth projects within the Youth in Action in EECA countries;
? To give youth workers and youth activists practical knowledge over the realities and problems of EECA in order to improve the quality of future project and be able to address issues of critical importance for the youth from the region’
? To develop positive attitudes over work in EECA;
? To Build new partnerships between Programme countries and neighboring partners from Eastern Europe and the Caucasus;
? To develop skills of the youth workers from programme and partners countries on project managements;
? To Create an atmosphere of common understanding between people representing different cultures, working styles, etc.;
? To Provide knowledge about the possibilities of cooperation with Eastern Europe and Caucasus within the YOUTH in ACTION Programme;
? To Present examples of efficient and successful cooperation within Eastern Europe and the Caucasus;
? To Promote Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region among partners within the Programme countries.

Participants:
40 participants (one participant per partner organization).
All EECA Countries (20 organizations) + Program Countries (20 organizations)
