Participate on the first competitive GSM Film
Festival!
  
  Among the other contents of the “Museum Night
BGD03”, that will take place in 3. June, will also
be the GSM Film Festival “MobilEye”, in the
Museum  of Contemporary Art and in the spaces of
British Council.
  
  Invitation for film works is opened up to 25.
May 2006.
  
  The works will be looked and selected by
Selection committee led by Henry Reichhold
(www.reichholdarts.com), low-res artist and professor of
digital media from London.
  
  Every work must be recorded by a mobile phone
camera. Duration of the work is maximized on 5
minutes. One author can send not more than three (3)
works for each category. All interventions on the
work are allowed. The specification of the phone
with which the work is recorded must be sent,
together with the data of the author (name, e-mail
address, so that the author can be contacted in
the future).
  
  The works will be selected and reworded in
three categories:
  -         music clip
  -         art
  -         movie 
  
  Any work with pornographic and other
politically incorrect content will be excluded from the
selection automatically.
