that they need to involve effectively young
people in local projects;

working practices that
encourages authentic youth participation.

using the revised European
Charter on the Participation of Young
People in Local and Regional
Life

the stages of participation
* What is the framework for participation
* What are the steps in the participatory
process
* How to plan and implement workshops that
are using Technology of
Participation (ToP) method for Strategic
Planining, Team Building,
Action Planing, etc
* What are the benefits of using ToP method

The official language of the training course is
english.
*Financial information *
Travel expenses are reimbursed up to 70%. Only
participants who have
attended the entire training course can be
reimbursed. Payment will be
made either by bank transfer after the course, or
at the end of the
course in cash in Euros.Board and lodging are
provided by Max Association.

participants from
local/regional authorities and from
non-governmental youth organisations
that are active in Council of Europe countries.
Youth leaders and people
in position of responsibility in international
non-governmental youth
organisations (INGYOs), national youth councils
(NYCs), national or
local youth organisations, actively and directly
involved in youth
participation projects at local or regional level
* The profile of participants should be :*
· young staff of governmental or local authority
services responsible
for youth participation at local and /or regional
level;
· youth workers or project leaders active within
regional and municipal
services, in charge of a project on youth
participation
· motivated in developing youth participation
projects
· able to work in English
· Over 18 years old
· coming from a Council of Europe country
